Educational Track: Net Positive Products + Enterprise
The Living Product Challenge has been launched to set an inspirationally, aspirationally high bar for products – a vision for products that don’t just meet a user demand, but meet the fundamental and pressing needs for planetary healing, increased social equity and human well-being, and do so with beauty and inspiration. It is likely that no product on Earth yet could meet the full 20 imperatives of the Living Product Challenge, but this hasn’t stopped a set of bold leaders in product sustainability from digging in deep to see how they can either re-work an existing product or develop a new one that actually fulfills the Living Product vision. In this session we will hear from leaders about the adventure they have embarked upon: lessons learned so far, motivations both internal and external to the company for trying to develop and certify a Living Product, and a sense of what to expect from them in the months to come.
