Frances is the regional sustainable materials practice leader for Arup. She co-leads the Built Environment Coalition activities in Arup's partnership with the Ellen McArthur Foundation and has authored "Circular Economy in the Built Environment: Opportunities for Local Government Leadership" with StopWaste of Alameda County. Frances has presented Arup's global body of work on circular economy at Cradle-to-Cradle Built Positive workshops and other events, and contributes to essential collaboratives in the sustainable materials community, including the C2C Advisory Group, Carbon Leadership Forum, AIA Materials Knowledge Working Group, and SE 2050. She is a co-founder of All for Reuse, an initiative to accelerate reuse in commercial buildings.
